Club Subscriptions and Fees

Club subscriptions are due each year on 1 October for the following season. To keep everything running smoothly, we ask that payments are made by 31 December. If a subscription hasn’t been received by then, the club will be considered to have resigned its affiliation.

If a club wishes to re-join before the following October, it’s very welcome to do so but a re-joining fee will be added to the annual subscription.

Some clubs also need to pay an annual advertising fee. This applies if Club kit carries advertising, and/or the club name includes a company name, commercial product, business name, or commercial web address.

Standard affiliation costs £60, the advertising fee is an additional £100, and the re-joining fee is £40

If you are responsible for renewing your club but do not have access to do so, please Contact Support (🔗).

This document covers:

  1. Renewal by Club Admin (🔗)
  2. Renewal by District Admin (🔗)
  3. Renewal by Post (🔗)

1. Renewal by Club Admin

  • From the Admin Panel, select Renew Affiliation for your club. The link will be red, as shown below, from October 1, when the renewal window opens, until the club is renewed.

  • Start typing the name of your club's location and select from the list. This will enable riders to find your club via the club finder (🔗)

  • At the Checkout Screen, confirm the amount and select Pay Now
  • If you've made a mistake and need to start again, remove the payment by clicking the bin and go back to the renewal screen

2. Renewal by District Admin

  • District admins have access to all the clubs within their district and may also affiliate clubs that have paid the district directly, outside of the system.
  • From the Admin screen, select Organisations, check the filters at the top match what you're looking for and select the club you would like to renew by clicking its name in the list. (Note: An Approved Organisation is a brand-new club that has been approved by the district at some point but has never been paid for by the club's admin).

  • Select Renew Affiliation as shown below.
  • Notes:
    • The example below shows an active club; expired clubs will only have a red Renew Affiliation button with no other options.
    • Active clubs that do not carry advertising will include an additional button to Upgrade Affiliation, which is intended for clubs that need to add the advertising fee for the current year only. If, on the other hand, you need to add it for next season, please do so via the Renew Affiliation option instead, as explained in the next bullet point.
  • Select whether or not the club carries advertising from the Renew Club Affiliation Screen shown below. If the club provides paid for services, carries advertising or sponsor's branding on its kit, or within the name of its website, please select Yes. If the club carried advertising in the current year, this will be defaulted to Yes. If you need it cleared, please Contact Support (🔗).
  • If the club has paid the district directly, outside of the system, select Yes - Payment has been received manually; otherwise select No, as shown below

  • If payment has not been received manually, please pay as explained above (🔗)
  • If payment has been paid manually, please proceed to make the zero-sum payment by clicking Complete Order as shown below. There is no payment required but completing the order instructs the system to renew the club's affiliation.

3. Renewal by Post

  • Club admins have the option to download, print out and complete the CTT Affiliation Application or Renewal Form (🔗) and post it to their district treasurer with a cheque for payment.
  • You'll need to ask your district treasurer for their address via their contact link on the district site. To find that, from the homepage click DiscoverFind a District then select your district from the map as shown below.

  • Click the + and - buttons (arrow 1 below) to zoom in and out of the map; the map can also be expanded to fill the screen (arrow 2).
  • The name and district code of each district pops up as you hover over it on the map.

  • Midway down the page select the Officials tab

  • Look for your district treasurer in the list and select Contact
  • Compose your message and select Send at the bottom
