Key definitions
- Clubs and Districts are both types of Organisations. Both may organise an event. Also, some "clubs" (e.g. Visma Lease a Bike, Barking Abbey Secondary School, or Eastern Counties Cycling Association) are not really clubs at all. The term Organisation catches all Clubs, Districts and other institutions that can organise an event. As they can all Organise, they all need to work in a similar way on the system.
How to access
- Select Organisations from the Admin menu (🔗) on the left of the Admin Panel.
- Filter according to status. Select one or more.
- Columns displayed can be selected / deselected via the top right hand
icon.
Status definitions
- Active: affiliated for the current season
- Approved: A new club that has been approved by Global or District Admin but has not been paid for. They remain unaffiliated until paid for. There will be an item in the club's Primary Contact's (link coming...) basket.
- Awaiting Approval: A new club application that has not been Approved by Global or District Admin.
- Cancelled: A new club application that has subsequently been cancelled by the applicant.
- Rejected: A new club application that has been rejected by Global or District Admin.
- Expired: A previously Active club that is not currently affiliated.
Top Tip
Clubs cannot be deleted. Expired clubs will remain on the system even if they have no intention to renew. To view a list of expired clubs that were active last season—and therefore may need a reminder to renew this season—select Expired and sort by End Date by clicking the
