Only entries in Awaiting Acceptance status can be accepted. Incomplete entries will remain in Draft status and cannot be accepted but may be rejected.

The Entries Screen (🔗) shows the status of each entry. Select Incomplete at the top and make sure Status, Payment Status and Profile Status are visible columns. Follow This Link to see how to select and deselect columns to view in the grid.

The example above shows three incomplete entries. One for the individuals race and a team entry for the 2-Up.

Incomplete entries for Individual Races are always because the rider has not paid. Note the payment status in the example. There will be an item in their shopping basket on the home screen when they log in.

Incomplete Team Entries may also be because one or more of the riders hasn't paid, or because one or more riders has an incomplete rider profile (it is not possible to enter an individual event with an incomplete profile). Rider profiles can be saved with just a name, but to race, the system needs to know age, classification, club, contact and emergency contact details. Riders with incomplete profiles are indicated by an in the profile status column.

All riders involved in an incomplete team entry will have been mailed by the system and told that action is required. However, they may have missed this. Individual entries in Awaiting Payment status may also have been missed.

It would be worthwhile to email (🔗) all riders with draft entries a few days before closing date to remind them that if they want to race, action is required.
